After 18 years of existence, the Paylab.com portal is changing its logo for only the second time. Along with the logo, the entire visual identity is refreshed—including the Paylab brand, which unites salary comparison platforms worldwide.
Since 2007, Paylab.com has been helping both employees and employers gain transparent insight into salaries across the market. More than 1.5 million users have used the platform since it launched.
Our Salary Tool collects data from employees, cleans it up, and analyzes it using mathematical models. This enables companies to set fair and competitive compensation—and yes, you can try it out for free. Most recently, the tool has started pulling in salary data directly from job boards as well.
As of April 2025, Paylab.com is rolling out a brand-new visual identity, including a new logo. The previous eye symbol has been replaced with two interconnected circles, representing coins of different sizes—symbolizing the wide range of salaries users can compare on the site.
The redesign also applies to the salary questionnaire that employees fill out. This time around, the focus was on clarity and ease of use, drawing heavily from user feedback to make the form as straightforward as possible.
